Yes, GoldMineMall.com's activities are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available for international shipping may be temporarily reduced. You can find updated delivery times on the product detail page for each item, and in checkout. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

We're working with our selling partners to temporarily prioritize household staples, medical supplies and other high demand products so we can more quickly receive, restock and ship these products to customers. Our teams are working to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We're continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory, but some products may currently take longer to ship.

You can track your order and deliveries from Your Orders on GoldMineMall.com. Once your order has shipped, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information. 

As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our associates, we have had to change some of our logistics, transportation, supply chain, purchasing, and third-party seller processes to prioritize stocking and delivering items that are a higher priority for our customers and to allow for other shipping methods (ocean and/or air transport). This has resulted in some of our delivery promises being longer than usual.

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.

We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military area.

We ship orders oversea by mail service.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.

We have you covered. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will ship you another FREE of charge. If your product arrives damaged, simply send us some photos or a small video of the problems and we will send you out another. If your product does not arrive in the allocated time, simply send us an email and we will work with you to find it. If we can not find it we will send you out another. Its as simple as that. 

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to Australia and 15-20 business days for international shipping. Due to the current CVOID-19 Pandemic, shipping times may be extended. Please be patient with us, we are doing everything we can to have your package delivered on time.

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre of your online shop.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.

For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depends on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.
